1. Geltungsbereich und Kontakt

Diese Hinweise gelten für „Mander, s'isch Zeit! – Tyrolean Defense 1809“ als native App und als Web-App. Angaben zum Verantwortlichen und die verifizierten Kontaktmöglichkeiten stehen im offiziellen Impressum.

2. Keine eingebaute Datenerfassung

Das Spiel selbst verwendet:

• keine Benutzerkonten oder Anmeldung,
• keine Werbung und keine In-App-Käufe,
• keine Analyse-, Tracking- oder Profiling-Dienste,
• keine Social-Media-SDKs und
• keine selbst betriebene Cloud-Synchronisierung.

Die native App sendet durch ihre Spielfunktionen keine Spielstände oder Diagnosedaten an den Anbieter.

3. Lokale Spielstände und Dateiaustausch

Fortschritt, Einstellungen und Einwilligungsstatus werden nur lokal auf deinem Gerät im App- bzw. Browser-Speicher gesichert. Es gibt kein Online-Konto und kein automatisches Cloud-Backup durch das Spiel.

Export, Teilen und Import eines Spielstands erfolgen ausschließlich nach deiner Aktion. Beim Export wird eine XML-Datei an einen von dir gewählten Speicherort oder an ein von dir gewähltes Ziel übergeben. Beim Import liest das Spiel die von dir ausgewählte XML-Datei lokal ein; sie wird nicht auf einen Spielserver hochgeladen.

Der gewählte Speicher- oder Freigabedienst kann Daten nach seinen eigenen Bedingungen verarbeiten.

4. Bereitstellung im Web

Beim Abruf der Web-App stellt dein Gerät technisch eine Verbindung zum Webhost her. Der Webhost kann für sicheren und stabilen Betrieb notwendige Serverprotokolle führen, etwa zu Abrufzeit, angeforderter Datei, IP-Adresse sowie Browser- und Geräteangaben. Diese Protokolle sind keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Funktion des Spiels. Auskunft zu Hosting und Kontakt gibt das Impressum.

5. Externe Links und Plattformen

Links zu Impressum, Support, Projekt- oder Lizenzseiten verlassen die App bzw. öffnen deinen Browser. Für dortige Inhalte und Datenverarbeitungen gelten die Hinweise des jeweiligen Anbieters. Betriebssystem- und App-Store-Anbieter können unabhängig vom Spiel Daten nach ihren eigenen Bedingungen verarbeiten.

6. Daten löschen

Lokale Spielstände kannst du in den Spieleinstellungen über die Reset-Funktion löschen. Eine Deinstallation der nativen App entfernt ihren lokalen App-Speicher gemäß den Regeln des Betriebssystems. Bei der Web-App kannst du zusätzlich die Website-Daten im Browser löschen.

Da kein Spielkonto und keine Spielstand-Cloud bestehen, gibt es beim Anbieter keine dazugehörigen Kontodaten zu löschen oder wiederherzustellen.

7. Änderungen

Wenn sich Funktionen oder Datenverarbeitungen ändern, werden diese Hinweise vor dem Release der Änderung aktualisiert.

2. No built-in data collection

The game itself uses:

• no user accounts or sign-in,
• no advertising and no in-app purchases,
• no analytics, tracking or profiling services,
• no social-media SDKs, and
• no developer-operated cloud synchronisation.

The native app does not send saves or diagnostic data to the provider through its gameplay features.

3. Local saves and file exchange

Progress, settings and consent status are stored only locally on your device in the app or browser storage. The game has no online account and does not provide automatic cloud backup.

Exporting, sharing or importing a save happens only when you request it. On export, an XML file is passed to a storage location or recipient you select. On import, the game reads the XML file you select locally; it is not uploaded to a game server.

A storage or sharing service you choose may process data under its own terms.

4. Web delivery

When you access the web app, your device necessarily connects to the web host. The host may keep server logs needed for secure and reliable operation, for example the request time, requested file, IP address, and browser or device information. These logs are not an analytics or tracking feature of the game. Hosting and contact details are provided in the legal notice.

5. External links and platforms

Links to the legal notice, support, project or licence pages leave the app or open your browser. The respective provider's privacy information applies there. Operating-system and app-store providers may process data independently under their own terms.

6. Deleting data

You can delete local saves with the reset function in the game settings. Uninstalling the native app removes its local app storage according to the operating system's rules. For the web app, you can also clear the site's data in your browser.

Because the game has no account or save-data cloud, the provider holds no related account data to delete or restore.

7. Changes

If features or data processing change, this notice will be updated before that change is released.
